Still, butter can add up especially when you are trying to budget. So here’s how to make that butter stretch.
Add two cups of evaporated milk to every 1 pound of butter. Add the milk slowly – a little bit at a time– while using a Mixer to blend and beat both into oblivion. Just kidding. Don’t beat it till its died five deaths. Just mix until smooth and creamy. Pour into a pan and then toss into the fridge. Then Poof– creamy, delicious butter made to last and to stretch that dollar.
